Hi, I'm Robby. A freelance artist of nearly three years working towards becoming a writer and comic creator. I dabble in animatics and graphic design. I'm a high school graduate with honors currently working towards a fine arts degree.➥ My main medium is digital work.
➥ My main genre is alternative universe content, shipping, and concept’s for alt designs, outfits, environments and character concepts.
➥ My main content is Sonic, it’s my biggest passion, but I’ll occasionally do pieces for other franchises to branch out my style and stay sharp with my craft.
➥ I’m the main writer and artist for ‘Timeless’. My passion project and fancomic, still in development. I plan to share more details further into production.

➥ Updates should be expected every 2 weeks.
Failure to update mean's I'm handling something else, you are free to message for clarity.
Delivery of a finished work can be expected around two to five month’s.✦ I am in college and have personal projects that take priority, do not expect updates sooner than two weeks at a time.➥ You will be updated on each phase of the art (sketch phase, lineart phase etc..) I may need to ask questions throughout the process, please answer back within a 48-hour period.
If you're too busy for a conversation or need time to gather your thoughts just let me know so I'm not left in the dark.➥ I prefer to communicate through Discord, (but I’m open to other platforms.)
My DM’s are work only, please only message me if it’s in relation to your commission.

➥ I do NOT do deadlines in general, but I am open to discussion if you are willing to pay a fee depending on how soon the work needs to be done.

➥ I am PayPal only.
➥ I prefer USD as my main currency.( I will NOT accept crypto. )
( I will NOT accept exposure as a form of payment. )

➥ Work on your commission will only begin once I have received payment.➥ I am open to doing split payments. However, this still means I'm only doing the amount of work paid for and cannot continue on the next step of a commission until the rest of payment is received.➥ After we’ve agreed on the commission details you will be sent an invoice to complete the payment.➥ Papal is rather difficult when handling privacy. keep any and all information private.➥ If you decide to cancel the commission you will only be refunded for the work I haven't completed.➥ If you chargeback a payment you will be blocked and blacklisted permanently.

✦ Additional Fee’s

➥ Things like last minute or extreme changes WILL require additional fees around $10-$20 USD depending on how complex the request is. You can however, ask for a reasonable amount of changes during the sketch phase free of charge.

✦ Files

➥ Once the work is completed I will send you the files via email so you can have a high quality copy of the work.

➥ All copyright for the artwork belongs to me, credit is necessary when using or reposting my work.➥ I reserve the right to post or record all my work publicly on my socials
if you do not wish for your commission to be posted ( gift, birthday, etc..) then please discuss that with me.➥ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel like I cannot deliver or I am uncomfortable with a client or their order.➥ I reserve the right to cancel any commission if the client has acted inappropriate towards me.
Client’s will be partially refunded for any uncompleted work.➥ I do not provide any artwork without my signature.➥ Usage of my art for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.➥ Refusal to read the Terms of Service does not excuse any consequences for breaking them.➥ You will be blocked and blacklisted if you do not adhere to the Terms of Service➥ Sending any payment to me, means that you have read all the information provided to you above and agree to it upon commissioning me.

I reserve the right to edit my T.O.S at any time without notice.

➥ What do you mean “commission’s not instantly available"

I am not comfortable taking payments for work I can't start on before at most 2 weeks. If you'd like to be put on my wait-list please contact me and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I am able to accept more work.

➥ What is your definition of proship?

Any ship that involves the romanticization of dangerous and harmful content. I am uncomfortable depicting any work that might promote said content.
➥ Human x mobian does not fall under this category within reason, Please discuss details with me first.

➥ What is your definition of heavy gore?

Heavy gore is anything beyond minor blood, scars, bruises or covered wounds. I am open to more graphic gore artworks but I'll need details to know if I'd be comfortable and able to draw the work.

➥ What is your definition of detailed mecha?

I’m happy to draw robot characters but I exclude very detailed mecha as I can't tell how long it'll take to draw or how well the finished product would be.

➥ Do you take turn around/character sheet commissions?

Yes! Although fair warning I am new to them, they can only be done in my style and they are pricey. You can find price and info in my comm prices.

➥ Do you have a Toyhouse?

I DO! However it's empty and needs to be set up. Once I have free time I'll make sure to put it to use.
