➤ Commissions are open but not instantly accepted

I am not comfortable taking payments for work I can't start on before at most 2 weeks.
If you'd like to be put on my wait-list please contact me and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I am able to accept more work.

◀ Commission terms of service ▶

➥ "Proship" is in reference to any pair that is illegal, has a dangerous power imbalance or in anyway excludes the consent of one character whether by scenario or by age.
✦ We can disagree on what pair is what but if I'm uncomfortable I won't draw it. If you're not sure I'd be comfortable then just ask.
✦ Human x mobian does not fall under this category, As long as the Mobian is anthro, and has human intelligence, therefore able to consent.➥ by slight gore I mean I'll draw; blood, scars, bruises, anything implied violence. I am open to more graphic gore artworks but I'll need details to know if I'd be comfortable and able to draw the work.➥ Happy to draw any of the robot characters but I warn I'm not great at it, which is why I exclude mecha as I can't tell how long it'll take to draw or how well the finished product would be.

▶ Deliverys and contacts

➥ Commissions can not be started on for up to two weeks. and delivery of a finished work can be expected around one to three month’s.
✦ I am in college and have personal projects that take priority, do not expect updates sooner than two weeks at a time.➥ You will be updated on each phase of the art (sketch phase, lineart phase etc..) I may need to ask questions throughout the process, please answer back within a 48-hour period.
✦ if you're too busy for a conversation or need time to gather your thoughts just let me know so I'm not left in the dark.➥ I prefer to communicate through Twitter or Discord, (but I’m open to other platforms.)
✦ My DM’s are work only, please only message me if it’s in relation to your commission.
✦ hello or hi DM's will be ignored, I'd like details upfront.

▶ Deadlines

➥ I do NOT do deadlines in general, BUT I am open to discussion if you are willing to pay a fee depending on how soon the work needs to be done. Usually the fee is only around an extra $10 USD added to your total payment.

▶ Payment method

➥ I am PayPal only.➥ I prefer USD as my main currency.
( I will NOT accept crypto. )
( I will NOT accept trades or exposure as a form of payment. )

➥ Work on your commission will only begin once I have received full payment.➥ I am open to doing smaller, split payments in working towards the finished product over a longer period of time. However, this still means I'm only doing the amount of work paid for and cannot continue on the next step of a commission until payment is received.➥ After we’ve agreed on the commission details you will be sent an invoice to complete the payment.➥ Papal is rather difficult when handling privacy so please keep any sensitive information private.➥ If you decide to cancel the commission you will only be refunded for the work I haven't completed.➥ If you chargeback a payment you will be blocked and blacklisted permanently.

✦ Additional fee’s

➥ Things like last minute or extreme changes WILL require additional fees around $10-$20 USD depending on how complex the request is. You can however, ask for changes during the sketch phase free of charge.

✦ Files

➥ Once the work is completed I will send you the files via email so you can have a high quality copy of the work.

➥ All copyright for the artwork belongs to me, credit is necessary when using or reposting my work.➥ I reserve the right to post or record all my work publicly on my socials
if you do not wish for your commission to be posted ( gift, birthday, etc..) then please discuss that with me.➥ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel like I cannot deliver or I am uncomfortable with a client or their order.➥ I reserve the right to cancel any commission if the client has acted inappropriate towards me.
Client’s will be partially refunded for any uncompleted work.➥ I do not provide any artwork without my signature.➥ Usage of my art for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.➥ Refusal to read the Terms of Service does not excuse any consequences for breaking them.➥ You will be blocked and blacklisted if you do not adhere to the Terms of Service➥ Sending any payment to me, means that you have read all the information provided to you above and agree to it upon commissioning me.

I reserve the right to edit my T.O.S at any time without notice.

" Do you still do adoptables? "╰┈─➤ NOPE! They just didn't sell well and aren't as finically beneficial (or fun) as commissions.

" Do you have a Toyhouse? "╰┈─➤ I DO! However it's empty and needs to be set up. Once I have free time I'll make sure to put it to use.

" Do you take turn around/character sheet commissions?"╰┈─➤ yes! Although fair warning I am new to them, they can only be done in my style and they are pricey. You can find price and info in my comm prices.

" Do you do Fortune/Tarot card commissions?"╰┈─➤ NO! I have decided to discontinue card commissions. I suggest you instead commission the actual artist of the cards → @GigiD_Sonic on twitter

✦ these are price estimates!

➥ Your total payment may vary depending on how complex of a character design I have to work with.

➥ Additional characters in the same artwork are 50% the set price. [ EXCEPT: for the sketches ]
➥ I now do flat colored sketches! they have a seperate catgory in the gallery, the simple one color sketches are free and can be requested for your commission.
➥ Reminder I am paypal only and transactions are done through invoices, please review my t.o.s before purchasing a commission.

✦ I need details!

when putting together the description for your commission please include1.) what type of commission you are getting
2.) what pose/scenario you want (or a vague description of the type of pose/scenario you'd see the character in)
3.) any additional details like props, special effects, etc..
4.) what kind of background you'd like. (even if its just a white void, I'd like to know!)

✦ Simple: $5 - $10 USD

✦ Complex: $20 - $60 USD

➥ Background price will greatly vary depending on how large I believe my workload will be. Please have a good idea of what you want in mind when deciding on what type of background you'd like.

2 angles: front and back poses. Can be head-on or an Idle pose
3 angles: front, side, and back. Can be head-on or an Idle pose
4 angles: Idle, front, side, and back.

Headshots: You may either stick with the amount listed in the pricing or choose to add addtional headshots for $15.00 USD each.

Combat/battle references: additional poses meant to display the abilities of a character will need additional payment

when putting together the description for your turnaround please include1.) How many angles you want and what kind.
2.) How many headshots you'd like.
3.) If there are any additional poses you'd like.
4.) extra details, props and special effects you'd want (bottom of shoe, designs on gloves, shape of the eyes etc etc..)
