◀ Adoptables terms of service ▶

✦ Payment method

➥ I am currently PayPal only.➥ I prefer USD as my main currency.
( I will NOT accept crypto. )
( I will NOT accept trades or exposure as a form of payment. )➥ Payment must be upfront and through PayPal invoice.➥ Upon purchase, I will send you the files through email.
(full quality, transparent background etc..)

✦ Refunds, Resale, Edits, Files

➥ There are NO refunds for the adoptables, once I give you the files the character is yours.
( If you chargeback a payment you will be blocked permanently. )➥ You can resell an adopt 1 month after purchase, and NOT for anything more than what you paid for.
( unless you have made your own or extra artwork for the sale. )➥ You can receive an edit of the design if you buy the adopt, and pay an extra fee of 5-10$
( price can be discussed based on work. )➥ Once you confirm to have received the files I cannot guarantee they can be given again if lost. You have a window of about 3 days before the adopt files are at risk of being permanently deleted to save my device space.

✦ Designer rights and permissions

➥ I have the right to decline any sale.➥ I have the right to use the artwork I made of the design for my own portfolio and promotion.
( It is my artwork and I will post it however I see fit. )

✦ owner rights and permissions

➥ Once you adopt the character they are yours, you have the rights to the character and may do with them however you please.➥ You can NOT claim to be the creator of the design.
( you can NOT claim my artwork to be yours in any way. )➥ You are allowed to make any changes to the design after purchase. However, any design changes must be shown through your own illustration, you can NOT edit overtop my artwork.➥ Usage of my art of the adopt for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.➥ Just to be clear, overall my Terms of Service only prohibit you from using my artwork in a way I disprove of, not what you do with the character itself; and anything you choose to do with that character in your own work does not involve me.➥ Trading is allowed.➥ Gifting is allowed.( Rules for resales still apply if you are traded or gifted the design. )

➥ Refusal to read the Terms of Service does not excuse any consequences for breaking them.➥ You will be blocked and blacklisted if you do not adhere to the Terms of Service➥ Sending any payment to me, means that you have read all the information provided to you above and agree to it upon the adoption of any character.

✦ Deliverys and contacts

➥ Commissions will be delivered around two weeks to two month’s and will depend on how busy I am with college assignments.➥ I will contact you again once work on the commission has begun. You will be updated on each phase of the art (sketch phase, lineart phase etc..) I may need to ask questions throughout the process so please answer back within a 48-hour period.➥ I prefer to communicate through Twitter or Discord, (but I’m open to other platforms.)
My DM’s are work only, please only message me if it’s in relation to your commission.➥ Do not be afraid to bug me about it or ask for updates.

✦ Deadlines

➥ I do not do deadlines in general, but I am open to discussion.

✦ Payment method

➥ Work on your commission will begin once I have received full payment.➥ After we’ve agreed on the commission details you will be sent an invoice to complete the payment.➥ Full payment must be given within a 48-hour period. If the payment is not completed the slot will be given to a different client.➥ If you decide to cancel the commission you will only be refunded for the work I haven't completed.➥ If you chargeback a payment you will be blocked permanently.

✦ Additional fee’s

➥ Things like last minute or extreme changes will require additional fees around 5-10 depending on how complex the request is. You can however, ask for changes during the sketch phase free of charge.

✦ Files

➥ Once the work is completed I will send you the files via email so you can have a high quality copy of the work.

✦ Commissioner Rules

➥ All copyright for the artwork belongs to me, credit is necessary when using or reposting my work.➥ I reserve the right to post all my artwork publicly on my socials
if you do not wish for your commission to be posted ( gift, birthday, etc..) then please discuss that with me.➥ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel like I cannot deliver or I am uncomfortable with a client or their order.➥ I reserve the right to cancel any commission if the client has acted inappropriate towards me.

➥ A scene is a background that affects a character's lighting, colors and is usually very detailed to showcase where the character is.
it will need to be planned alongside the sketch and price will vary based on difficulty.

➥ Examples of props include but aren't limited to
- bags or purses
- phones, and general handheld items
- extreme gear and general vehicles
- chaos emeralds and general gems
- food items
- furniture
